First strawberry came to Europe in dark ages, this exotic berry, by that times, sent from Chili to his King some loyalist French officer. Monk of France and other rich peoples were so much delight of the berry aroma and test and after that strawberry got status of the King Berry.

For this moment strawberry – one of the most delicious berries which like everyone and rearing everywhere. From the Europe strawberry begun to spread for all the World also came to Egypt where begun successful developing.

Strawberry is very productive in Egypt – from 1 Hectare is possible to collect from 40 to 50 tons of strawberry, in the same time in all World plantations usually from 15 to 50 tons. In sprite of it, demand for good quality berry is highest then supply during all “Strawberry” season. Owing to perfect weather terms in Egypt where 99% of sunny days, strawberry develops very fast and annually Egypt collect richest harvests.

Frozen strawberry

The best technology IQF is using for freezing strawberry. Thus strawberry is collected ton late then 24 hours before process beginning. Strawberry freezing process is lasting 30 min.
